The Phantomgogo Commuter R1 is our new fun-to-ride short commute e-scooter. This electric bike for adults and children ages 12 and up is capable of speeds up to 15.5 MPH and has a 20-mile range on a full charge. This peppy little electric scooter with seat comes equipped with a generous 450-watt motor, 36-volt lithium ion battery, steel rigid front fork, rear disc brake, and 12″ tires on the front and back. To complete the overall convenience that an electric scooter offers, we also equipped the C1 with a rear basket to help keep your hands (or your lap) free.

Question:Can you also stand and ride this?

Answer:It's not really made to stand and ride unless you are a small or short individual. The handle bars are a fixed height because they fold down for storage. This is an awesome scooter to ride!

Question:about what decibel noise level is product?

Answer:Are you kidding? It's electric, barely a hum.

Question:Are tires solid?

Answer:No, the tires are not solid.

Question:Is it easy to replace a tire?

Answer:I haven't had to replace a tire yet! It already comes assembled. All you have to put on is the seat and the basket.

Question:What type of throttle does it have? A thumb paddle or full hand type?
