Customer questions & answers
Question:Could you install this on decking?
Answer:The decking would be a good base as It has a floor
Question:Would this be suitable to put a small hot tub in?
Answer:Yes
Question:Is the side door on the right hand side
Answer:I haven't assembled mine yet, but understand that the side door can be on either end - your choice during assembly. All the assembly manuals are available on the Lifetime website and that should confirm my comments.
Question:Is the floor ok to be put onto a grass base or is it best to put on some slabs? Also is it rodent proof?
Answer:Hi there, I got the 15x8 version and I strongly recommend a good solid base (grass, not a good idea) make sure your slabs are even and firm, as for rodents I haven’t had any yet but if you do have them, thy using a good external bait box, so they are more interested in that than the shed
Question:What is the height of the doors and internal heights? I’m 6’ and don’t want to be banging my head every time I walk in.
Answer:This shed is a different design to the one I have. However, here are the door measurements as may help. Highest point 192cm. At the side, where they are lower, the measurement is the 176cm.
The inside height is is 220cm.
Question:Hi could anyone tell me if any of the windows open please
Answer:Hi, yes there is a window that is installed on the back side of the shed and it can be opened. The two longer windows on the front cannot open.
Question:Do you need to buy a pad lock in order to lock this or do you need to buy a separate locking system?
Answer:You need to buy a padlock
Question:Can the shed be secured to a concrete patio?
Answer:Hi, As long as the surface is flat and level you should be fine to anchor the shed.
